This summer I will have 30 employees between New York and Boston who are all anywhere between 5 and 20 years older than me, so that's definitely an interesting challenge and you know, I mean, you just have to not be timid, not just sit back and let there ever be any question of who's in charge you know, but you ... you are the boss, you're the president and you just have to assert that. For me also, for Career Explorations, we set up tons of internships, so I've been on a lot of meetings with executives to try to sell them on the program and when you walk in the room, you know, you're meeting with... there might be a managing director of a financial firm, you walk in and they're like, who is this, you know, 17-year-old kid who's walking in and trying, you know, I thought when I got this e-mail that it was you know, some 35 you know, or so old person and you just have to kind of check your age at the door, just say, you know, age is just a number and just go in and speak with confidence and if you speak with confidence, people will treat you with respect you know, it's... if you go in there and you kind of slump in your chair and you know, aren't being articulate in your thoughts then you're not going to assert any authority, but you can go forward and just speak with confidence then age I believe, is really just a number.
